ONE TRUE THING
90 Minutes with Your Truth
You put the lingerie away years ago and never told anyone why.
Nothing happened. You just stopped. And nobody asked.
Ninety minutes, live, to say one true thing out loud with a small group of women who have never done anything like this before.
Tuesday September 8th. 11am Pacific, 2pm Eastern. $44.

YOU'RE VERY GOOD AT ALL OF THIS
The calendar, the forms, the birthdays, the appointments, the emotional weather of every person in the house. People tell you they don't know how you do it and you say something gracious back.
Somewhere in there you stopped being a woman with wants of her own and became the one who makes everything work.
You didn't decide that. It happened one reasonable accommodation at a time, and every one of them made sense on the day.
She is still in there.
The woman who had opinions and appetites and a laugh that embarrassed people hasn't been dissolved, or outgrown, or matured out of you.
She went quiet, because quiet was the sensible thing to be for a long time, in a life with this many people in it.
Quiet is not gone.
Who's in the room?
Women who recognize a longing for more and aren't quite sure what it means. You don't have to know.
Nobody is further along than you and nobody is watching you catch up.
Nothing is recorded. No replay, no transcript, no file of this afterwards.
Camera on if you can. It's a room where you're seen, and it works better when we can see each other. You can go off camera at any point in the ninety minutes, and nobody will ask you why.
What happens in the ninety minutes
Ninety minutes on Zoom, and here's the shape of it.
We open slow. Meditation, grounding, some breathwork. Nothing required but presence.
Then there's a chance to say something that feels true. It can be simple. I need a nap.
It can be the thing that's been sitting on you all week. Parenting feels hard these days.
It can be the one you haven't said out loud anywhere. I don't feel any turn on any more.
All of it's welcome and all of it counts.
Nobody fixes it. No feedback. You get seen and heard by women who are present to their own bodies and to whatever's true right then.
Then we move. Music, dancing, a guided journey through your emotional landscape. Grief, rage, joy, pleasure. The whole spectrum, because all of it is you.
You can tap your toe. You can hit a pillow. There's no right way to be in it.
And your camera can go off for this part. Plenty of women do that the first time.
Then time to digest. A closing meditation. We close the space.
At the end I'll invite you into the Temple, which is the six month journey. Some of you will want it.
There's nothing to prepare. Most women arrive with no idea what their one thing is. That's the normal starting place. Nobody is behind.
This isn't a webinar.
You've read the books. You've listened to the podcast in the car. You understood all of it perfectly and nothing moved. Information is what already failed you, and more of it isn't the answer.
This is ninety minutes of feeling what's real in your body.
The Temple invitation at the end is the only selling in it. The ninety minutes is a lived experience of the work, not a sample of it. If you want to continue, the Temple doors are open. If not, you walk away with ninety minutes of feeling your truth in your body.
I'm Aine...
I'm a somatic practitioner. Nervous system work, pleasure coaching, and years of sitting in rooms like this one with women who arrived not knowing what they were doing there.
I'm also a mother of teenagers, the founder of a company, and I wrote a book called Blow Up Your Life.
I've been disconnected. I've been discouraged. I found my way back to my own aliveness, and it wasn't by understanding it better.
What I do now is guide women through the thresholds of a life, back to their own voice and their own power.
The work itself is capacity. Whether you can feel something all the way through without going numb or going under. Not insight. You have plenty of insight. Capacity is a different thing and it's trainable.
"I didn't know what to expect... the dancing was key to releasing any lasting nervousness, or in my case some pent up emotion... I felt like the woman to the left of me was an earlier version of self and the woman to the right of me was the future potential of self."
Tara
"I'm 45, and I didn't even realize how much I needed this in my life. I can't believe the sense of freedom this has brought me."

This is yours
You file this kind of thing under reward. Presence, pleasure, an hour that belongs to nobody else. The things you get to after the lunches are packed, the emails are answered, and everyone in the house is handled.
Which means you never get to them. The list does not end. It was never going to end.
They are not the reward. They are the resource. They are what the whole thing runs on, and you've been running without them for years.
Ninety minutes on a Tuesday morning. Take it before you have earned it.
And nothing here has a destination.
I'm not going to tell you what your life should look like on the other side of this. There's no outcome I'm steering you toward, and no version of you I think you need to become.
Ninety minutes, one true sentence, and then you go back to your own life and it's yours to do what you like with.
