One True Thing | September 8th

Ninety minutes on Tuesday morning with a small group of women who have never done this before. You say one true thing out loud, and then we move it through your body before it goes back to where it's been living.

It can be small. I need a nap counts.

Fifteen women. First-timers only.

Nothing to prepare. Most women arrive with no idea what theirs is. That's the normal starting place.

Nothing is recorded. No replay, no transcript, no file of this afterwards.

If something comes up and you can't make it, email me and I'll move you to the October room.
