The Temple
Six months. Eighteen live calls. A small group of women learning to feel again.
What this is
Erotic Alchemy is nervous system work. It is the practice of increasing your capacity to feel pleasure, grief, longing and power without tipping into overwhelm or going numb.
That definition is from chapter eight of my book. This room is where it happens with other women in it.
Most of what is sold to women at this point in life is a peak experience. A weekend, a breakthrough, a night you talk about for a year. Capacity is a different thing. Capacity is what you can hold on an ordinary Tuesday, and it gets built slowly, which is why this runs for six months.
Who is in this room
Women who have been managing beautifully for a very long time.
Some are at a crossroads in a long marriage and can no longer tell what they want. Some are years past that and still find their wanting goes quiet in rooms. Some look completely fine from the outside and have not felt anything sharply in a decade.
Nobody here has to be in crisis. Nobody here has to decide anything.
Your body was never a problem to manage. It is the instrument you were taught not to trust.
What happens, and in what order
Presence first. Breath. Music. Your own hands on your own body. Nothing intense and nothing asked of you. Most women have not been inside their own body on purpose in years, and the first weeks are about arriving at all.
Then sensation. Curiosity before intensity. You start noticing what you feel, which is harder than it sounds for a woman who has spent twenty years noticing what everyone else feels.
Then the rage and the grief. Around the second or third gathering something surfaces that nobody warned you about. Women decide at this point that they are doing it wrong. They are doing it exactly right. This is the part most versions of this work skip, and skipping it is why those versions did not hold.
Desire last. Desire arrives at the end, because desire is the signal that safety has returned. Any program that starts you at desire is starting a fire at the smoke.
If you have done this kind of work before and nothing moved, it was probably the order.
Inside the Temple
Twelve gatherings. Two a month, on Zoom. Ceremony, breathwork and somatic pleasure practice, and room to be met in whatever is alive in you that day. Grounded and accessible. You are guided the whole way and you never have to know what you are doing.
Six practice calls. One a month. Cameras on, and then we drop into a practice together. No teaching, no hot seat, no processing, no talking about it afterwards. We do it, and that is the whole call.
That call exists because the hardest part of this work is doing it. You already know this. You have audio practices on your phone right now that you have pressed play on once. Doing it in company is how it actually gets done.
If the idea of speaking in a room frightens you, this is the call where nothing is asked of you at all.
Integration between calls. Short rituals and prompts that put this into a life that already has a job, a household and other people in it.
A private space with the other women. A witnessing circle. No fixing, no advice, no performing.
Opening and closing rituals for each season, to mark what has shifted and what is still moving.
This is for you if
- You have been managing everything beautifully for years and cannot remember the last thing you wanted for yourself.
- Something has gone quiet and you have not said so out loud to anyone.
- You have read the books, done the course, understood all of it, and nothing moved in your body.
- You want a room where you can say a true thing and nobody manages you afterwards.
- You are willing to go slowly. Six months is the point.
