You are reading the books, listening to the podcasts, and working to hit some really big goals for the end of 2019! You can feel the excitement, you can see the finish line, and the person you will be when you cross that finish line. You also have holiday concerts, class parties, teacher gifts to buy and oh, a house full of in laws coming for Thanksgiving.
You have 100 plates spinning at once and you are terrified to drop one. Most of us put on our shiny superwoman suits and slog through, doing our best.. and sometimes we really do knock it out of the park! Sometimes though, we let one of the 100 plates fall and then we are filled with shame and self doubt.
I have been there too...
I have owned my own business in the health & wellness space for over a decade and I have two little kids. I have my own personal dreams and desires that need to be integrated into the overall success of my family life. I have been through seasons of pushing hard for a goal and feeling like I was failing at everything and letting everyone down.
It doesn't have to be that way.

Meet Aine
Hi! I'm Aine, pronounced Onya. I'm a mom, an entrepreneur and a coach.
I have spent over two decades in the health and wellness field, first teaching yoga and meditation, and then building a successful business with Arbonne International, while raising my two children, now age 6 and 9.
I am a Certified Health Coach and High Performance Coach, and I bring a unique blend of holistic wellness, high performance and mindfulness to my coaching.

High Performance means that you are excelling in ALL the areas of your life! As mothers this can be especially hard as we integrate so many passions and responsibilities.
